Common Questions
Do I need to know anything about AI first?
No. You know your business, and that's the part the session needs. We ask the questions, take the notes and turn your answers into the plan.
What should I have ready?
The intake form, filled in before we meet, and rough numbers: how many hours a week the slow tasks take, and what an hour of each person's time costs you. Rough is fine, and the plan marks which numbers are estimates.
Who should be in the session?
The owner, or the person who decides what the business spends on. If someone else does the work that eats the most time, bring them for part of it. They usually know where the hours go.
Do I have to hire you to build anything?
No. The plan is yours to keep. Every item in it says what doing it yourself looks like, and the quick wins need no build at all. If you want us to build a piece, we quote it on the follow-up call.
What happens to what I tell you?
It's used to write your plan and for nothing else. We don't share your numbers or your answers with anyone.
How is this different from the free AI Game Plan?
The free AI Game Plan is a chat with an AI that writes a first plan from your answers. In a Game Plan session, we work through the business with you for 90 minutes, check the numbers with you, and quote anything you want built on the follow-up call. If you already ran the free chat, bring that plan and the session starts from it.
What does it cost?
We go over it on the call, once we know a little about the business. If you have us build something from the plan, what you paid for the plan counts toward that build.
