AI, set up where the work is.
The part that reads, writes and sorts for you. A way of working we set up on your machines and teach to your team.
- Set up on your machines, in your voice
- Your people trained on real work
- A month of support afterwards
Most AI advice is a list of tools or a warning about them. Neither tells you what to do on Monday.
We start with your week instead of with the software: what gets typed twice, what gets read and summarized, what waits on one person.
Then we set the tools up on your machines, teach them your business and your voice, and train the people who will actually use them.
A site brings people in, an app holds the records, automations move things between them, and AI is what starts doing the reading and the writing in the middle.
What the Setup Covers
-
A straight answer
On where AI helps your business and where it does not.
-
Set up on your own machines
Under your own accounts, so the setup belongs to you.
-
Instruction files built with you
Who you are, your voice, your business, written with you.
-
Your people trained on real work
So they can run it the next morning without us.
-
A month of support
Including a check-in the week after.
One call about your week tells you whether a day at your desk would move any of it.

We come to you, set it up, and stay reachable for the month after.
How the Day Itself Goes
How the day is structured, from the first call to the check-in.
A call about your week
Where the time goes and what gets read, typed or chased. Sometimes that conversation ends in "you do not need us yet", which is a fine place for it to end.
One day at your desk
In person, on your machine, with your real files. That is the whole reason it is worth a day rather than a webinar.
Your people run it while we are there
Hands on their own work, not a demo on ours. If they cannot run it in front of us, it is not finished.
A month of support
Including a check-in the week after, because the first real question always arrives once we have left.
When AI Is Not the Answer Yet
Not the right fit if you want a tool list and a slide deck. Also not the right fit if nobody on your team will own it: AI that nobody is responsible for goes quiet in about two weeks, and we would rather say that now than take the day.
Not sure which one you need? Tell us the problem and we will say which of the six fixes it.

Questions People Ask About the AI Quickstart
Which AI tools do you set up?
Whatever fits the work and what your team already knows. The day is about your week rather than about one product.
Do we need to buy anything first?
Usually just the tool subscription itself. We tell you which one before the day, so it is ready when we arrive.
Do you come to us?
Yes. The day happens in person, at your desk, on your real files. Travel is included within about 45 minutes of St. Clair Shores.
What happens after the day?
A month of support after the day. Call or email with whatever comes up, and we check in ourselves the week after.
What if nobody on the team has used AI before?
That is the usual starting point, and the day is built for it. Nobody needs to have opened an AI tool before.
Not the One You Needed?
The other five, each with its own page.
-
Websites The part strangers see. Open to anyone, no login, its whole job is to win the next customer. -
Web Apps The part only your team sees. Behind a login, it holds your records and does the day-to-day work. -
Automations The part nobody opens at all. It runs on its own, in the background, whether you are at a desk or not. -
SEO The part that tells Google what you do. When someone nearby searches for what you sell, this work is what puts you in the running. -
Paid Ads The part you pay to turn on. Ads put you in front of people searching right now, while the slower work builds.
Tell us where your week goes.
What gets typed twice, what gets read and summarized, what waits on one person. That is enough for us to say whether a day at your desk would move any of it.
