Common Questions

Where do we even start?

With the free AI Game Plan. It asks about your business and puts the jobs worth handing over in order. The first one is usually the repetitive writing: quotes, summaries, follow-ups.

How long does a session take?

A session runs about 20 to 50 questions, asked 6 to 8 at a time. If you need to stop partway, email yourself a link and finish later.

What if my team won't use it?

Then start smaller. Every step in the plan says who does it, so one person can own the first job before anyone else joins in.

Can I add our own files?

Yes. Attach screenshots, PDFs, or CSV and text exports, and the AI reads them and uses what it finds.

Do I need a paid AI subscription?

Yes. The setups in your plan need one, and we recommend Claude. The AI Game Plan itself is free.
