Kozdron Homes
A ground-up home builder in Livingston County. The site stands on photographs of a house they finished, and the homepage lays a drawing sheet over it, where the front elevation draws itself in.
Serving St. Clair Shores, Grosse Pointe, Royal Oak, Warren, Sterling Heights, Fraser, Roseville, Eastpointe, Clinton Township, Ferndale, Birmingham, Troy, Madison Heights, Harper Woods, Mount Clemens, Shelby Township, Rochester Hills, Southfield, Detroit, Macomb, Utica, Hazel Park, Chesterfield, Berkley, Dearborn and the rest of Metro Detroit.
You deal with the people building your site, from the first email to launch and everything after.
Before anything gets designed we work out what the site has to do: who arrives, what you want them to do next, and what happens after they do.
We write what the site says, not just what it looks like. You do not have to hand us copy before we can start.
We are in St. Clair Shores, and close enough to most of the area to sit at your table and see the business for ourselves.
We keep every site we have built running, and we are the ones you call when something needs changing.
Each one has a page on how it was built.

Yoga and group fitness across two studios. The design was the easy half. The work was making a class schedule, a price list and a booking path all agree with each other.
A strength coach selling a coaching program, not a gym membership. The site had to explain the relationship, qualify people before they book a call, and hold up on a phone in a parking lot.
Software a local networking group runs on every week: a shared member directory, the current asks, a referral log and dues tracking, with accounts and roles behind it.
Session prep for tabletop games. A build for the fun of it that people kept using, so it stayed up and kept getting better.
A live-poker trainer. Playable drills, a villain cast, and a felt you have to actually read before you act.
I got my first application from the site, and it's 90 million times better than I could have imagined.
Looks awesome. I posted about how I loved it this morning and posted your email with it.
GVST Wellness is a yoga and group fitness studio in St. Clair Shores. It came to us for a website. The rest followed, in this order. All six things we build.
The site it replaced was a template, and it showed the studio a template's idea of itself: stock trainers, and a location that was not one of theirs. Everything on the new one is the studio.
A weekly grid across both studios, with the teachers who actually teach, what each class costs and what a class pack expires in.
One engine decides what is running. The block at the top of the homepage renames itself to the day you are reading on, and the sheet on the studio wall comes out of the same place, so the two cannot disagree.
Booking stays where members already book, inside Arketa. The site embeds the live calendar rather than keeping a second copy of it that somebody has to remember to update.
Tell us what your business does and where the time goes. We will set up a free analysis and show you what would make the biggest difference.
