A sign shop's site that leads with its jobs
A Metro Detroit shop that makes signs, vehicle wraps, print, apparel and promotional products, on a site where every photo shows work the shop delivered.
Somebody shopping for a truck wrap wants to see a truck like theirs before they call. A shop with years of delivered work already has that proof in its photographs, and the website's job is to put it in front of them.
The new site puts the jobs first on every page. The homepage headline sits over a wall of delivered jobs, and each service and industry page shows the jobs of its own kind.

What It Does
On the site
- A gallery of delivered jobs, filtered by service, with the customer's name linking to their website where they have one
- A page for each service, with the jobs of that kind underneath it
- A page for each industry the shop works in, opening on a job done for that kind of business
- Reviews from the shop's customers, in their own words
- A Get a Quote button in the header of every page
How the site is put together
- Black, with the cyan, magenta and yellow of process printing, and the logo's own cyan on every button
- Addresses from the old site forward to the matching new page, so links already out in the world still work
- An AI Info page that lays out the shop's facts for search engines and AI assistants
The Shop's Own Jobs, Filed by Service
Every photo on the site is a job the shop delivered, and the gallery sorts them by what was made. Each service page opens on jobs of its own kind. These are two from each.
The Homepage Headline Looks Like a Printed Sheet
A sign and print shop sells on proof, so the homepage opens on it. A wall of delivered jobs drifts slowly behind the headline, and the line under it says what the reader is looking at: every photo behind this text is our work.
The headline is set the way a sheet comes off a press. Cyan, magenta and yellow sit just out of register behind the white letters, and on a fresh load the three colors slide in from well off the mark and settle into place. The crosshairs in the corners are printer's registration marks.
To anyone outside the trade, the page looks like a print shop made it.
