A directory that says when to refer

A Clawson referral group of 26 businesses, one seat per trade, meeting Wednesday mornings at Thrive Rehabilitation.

The group had no website. Its members, meeting details and presenter schedule lived on a printed sheet handed out each Wednesday, so the only people who could read it were the people already in the room.

The new site is built from that sheet. Each member has a profile page, a visitor can find the meeting and sit in on one, and the colors are the navy and orange of the group's own logo.

What It Does

On the site

  • A directory of every member, sorted into categories
  • A profile page for each member, with their business, how to reach them and when to send them a referral
  • A Visit a Meeting page with the address, the times and a way to say you are coming
  • Pages for upcoming events, open seats and the charities the group supports

How the site is put together

  • Navy and orange from the group's own logo
  • Every member's logo set on the same square, so the directory reads as one even grid
  • Office numbers are published, and personal cells and emails are not
  • An AI Info page that lays out the group's facts for search engines and AI assistants
