Claude goes on your computer, under your account. If you do not have a subscription yet, I help you set one up. Everything lives on your machine.

We teach it your business
Together we build the instruction files: your voice, your customers, your standards, how you want it to work. Plain files you can read and change.

You drive, I coach
We pick skills for your actual work, then you run them yourself on real tasks while I am still in the room. One week later, we check in.
What you need ready
- A laptop you work on day to day
- A Claude subscription, or ten minutes with me to set one up
- About an hour to walk me through the business
What it is not
- Not a course, and not something technical you have to study
- Not a generic chatbot that answers like a brochure
- Not a shared company system for a whole team with staff permissions. That is a larger, separate project we can talk about later.

The questions people actually ask
What is the catch with the free skills?
None. Every skill on this site is complete and free to run by hand: copy the prompt, paste it into free Claude or ChatGPT, answer its questions. Nothing is held back for a paid tier. Knowing where AI helps and having it set up on your own computer, in your voice, are two different days. The second one is the service.
Can I not just do this myself?
Yes, and the library shows you how. An AI Quickstart is for owners whose week is worth more than the learning curve: you get it working on your real files in a day instead of piecing it together over weeks. If you would rather do it yourself, take the skills and go. That offer is real.
Why $750?
One focused day at your desk, on your real work, plus a month of support afterwards, and you own everything at the end: the setup, the instruction files, the training. The month is included in the price, not billed on top: no retainer, no subscription to me, no per-seat fee. Travel is included within about 45 minutes of St Clair Shores, which covers most of Metro Detroit.
Do you come to me, and how far do you go?
Yes. The whole point is that it happens at your desk, on your machine, with your real files. Travel is included within about 45 minutes of St Clair Shores, which covers most of Metro Detroit. Past that there is a flat travel add-on out to roughly 90 minutes, and I will quote it before you book so there is no surprise. Further out than that, let us talk. If you are not sure whether you are in range, ask. It is a short answer.
What if it does not work for me?
Two things. If by lunch it is clear this is not for you, we stop and you pay nothing, and you keep whatever we set up that morning. And if you get to the next morning and cannot run it yourself, I come back within the month and we fix it, no charge. The whole point is that you can do this without me afterward. If you cannot, I have not finished.
Where does my data live, and is there any lock-in?
On your computer, under your own account. The instruction files are plain files you can read, change, or delete. There is nothing to subscribe to with me afterward, and nothing that stops working if we never speak again. Your Claude subscription is yours, direct.
What if I am not technical?
That is who this is for. It is not a course and not something you have to study. We sit together, set it up, and by the end of the day you have run it yourself on your own work, with me still in the room to answer questions.
Do I need a Claude subscription already?
It helps, but it is not required. If you do not have one yet, we spend ten minutes setting one up at the start of the day. The skills run in free Claude or ChatGPT too; the AI Quickstart is about getting them working on your files without the copy-paste.
